HOW TO USE
Day 1: Take three tablets an hour for five hours. (15 tablets total)
Eat plenty of high-fiber foods and lean protein. Drink plenty of water throughout the day while detoxing. Do not exceed 15 tablets in one day.
Detox Liquid
